Scott and I are always watching. We are always learning. We are always taking notes. We are always asking ourselves this same question, what can we do as coaches that will add value into our members lives? Our job is to provide you with an environment that hopefully inspires you to become a superior version of yourself each and everyday. But this question really jumped out at me this morning.
