Not sure you want to join yet? Contact us to set up a ‘Drop-In’. We’ll show you around, tell you more about what we do and how we do it, answer any questions you have, and you can view a class while they workout.
STEP 2: CHOOSE YOUR MEMBERSHIP
Enjoyed the workout you saw? Why not stay for a while! Memberships include small group classes and the Open Gym with experienced and certified CrossFit Coaches. You’ll learn about all of the movements, lifts and exercises that you’ll find in a CrossFit class. You’ll learn what weights to use and how to make the movements work for your abilities. You’ll also learn about mobility, flexibility and how to keep track of your performance!
By stepping through our doors, you’re essentially getting all the benefits of working with a personal trainer without the high costs. What have you got to lose?
Training is geared to your experience and fitness level, so don’t worry if you’re new to a gym, we’ve got your back!
